Danone North America has released Silk Ultra, a plant-based line of workout recovery drinks containing 20 grams of soy protein in each serving offered in multiserve cartons and three flavors. "As the experts in developing delicious plant-based beverages for over 30 years, Silk saw a real consumer need for a great-tasting plant-based beverage in the protein space," said Andrew Hartshorn, Silk senior vice president of plant based food and beverages.
