Beverage consumers seek variety of immunity functions

Research finds sales of immunity-boosting beverage products, from powders to medicinal teas and wellness shots, are soaring in all channels during the coronavirus pandemic. "[W]ith more time on people's hands and a heightened level of concern around getting sick, the more holistic approach to boosting the immune system is something that's more top of mind than it was pre-COVID," said Wyatt Taubman, co-founder of cold-pressed juice shots brand Vive Organic.
