Moderna, which has at least seven patents for its experimental COVID-19 vaccine, said it will not enforce them during the pandemic and will allow other companies to obtain licenses for the patents when the pandemic ends. "We're quite studiously not asserting infringement," said Moderna President Stephen Hoge.
