A new type of plastic called polydiketoenamine that can be recycled repeatedly, thanks to reversible bonds between monomers and additives, is the work of scientists at the Energy Department's Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. The discovery allows the plastic to have a circular life span without compromising quality.
