Moderna says a drug trial shows its coronavirus vaccine is 94.5% effective in preventing the illness and has no serious side effects. The vaccine, the second in the US that appears to have a high success rate, can be stored at a temperature of minus 20 degrees Celsius in freezers already available in doctor's offices and pharmacies, Moderna says.
