Reports show EPA ignored advice on reallocating biofuel waived volumes

Interagency review documents obtained from showed that the Environmental Protection Agency ignored recommendations made by interagency reviewers on how to compensate for biofuel volumes lost through the granting of small-refinery waivers for 2020, as well as an option for restoring erroneously waived blending obligations in 2016 estimated at 500 million gallons.
