The job market for recent college graduates isn't all dire, although they should expect to apply to more than 20 jobs before landing one, according to an iCIMS report. "[Jobs] are more competitive and it's taking longer to get them, but the people who are out there actively looking are the ones who are going to get it," said University of Houston Assistant Dean Jamie Belinne.
