Royal Dutch Shell will urge President-elect Joe Biden to overturn President Donald Trump's rollback of methane emissions regulations and establish carbon pricing after he takes office. "Some of the regulatory rollbacks that we've seen under the current administration haven't actually benefited our industry," said Shell U.S. President Gretchen Watkins, adding that the methane emissions rollback put the energy sector in a "backwards-facing position."
