The Environmental Protection Agency's Science Advisory Board has issued four draft reports, urging the EPA to revise its science in rulemaking rule and changes to the Waters of the US and Mercury and Air Toxics Standards rules. The SAB is expected to discuss the draft reports during four meetings in January.
