Recording Academy policy advocate Daryl Friedman says he's taken a "realist" view of copyright reform after seeing little change in the two decades he's been working on copyright issues. However, Friedman now says he has "very high confidence" that meaningful reform is on the horizon, explaining that the system has not been working for anybody, which is contributing to the push for modernization of rules.
