Publication of three newspapers serving Ohio communities will drop in frequency from seven to three days each week as a Federal Communications Commission requirement for Apollo Global Management's acquisition of Cox Media Group's radio, television and print properties. The FCC approved the deal last week, and it plus two simultaneous transactions will cost Apollo nearly $4 billion.
