InterContinental Hotels Group reported improved occupancy and room revenues in the third quarter, but an official cautioned that pandemic-related obstacles leave the outlook uncertain. The Holiday Inn owner said occupancy rose to 44% from 25% in the second quarter, while revenues fell 53.4% year-over-year compared to 75% in the prior quarter.
