A court offered its approval for a deal in which Flynn Restaurant Group will buy 951 Pizza Hut units and about 200 Wendy's locations from NPC International. In the deal, valued at about $800 million, Wendy's parent company will buy the rest of NPC's 383 Wendy's units and redistribute them to franchisees.
