McDonald's set up a Chicago storefront this week to replicate a South America coffee farm, to highlight the news that 84% of the chain's coffee is now sourced sustainably. The company began working with its roasters and growers in 2016 and the goal is to have 100% sustainably sourced coffee by 2020.
