A bipartisan group of 57 members of Congress signed a letter urging the Census Bureau to collect more information about women and minority entrepreneurs in franchising. "With better data collection and understanding of ownership trends, Congress and businesses can work together to make business ownership a reality for even more Americans," said IFA's Matt Haller.
