Dickey's CEO discusses pandemic-response strategies

Dickey's Barbecue Pit CEO Laura Rea Dickey has counted on "recession-minded offers," technology and a 14-week reduction in franchise royalties to sustain the company through the coronavirus crisis. "Our overall check counts are up compared to last year, so our biggest current challenge is supply chain consistency, labor/team member availability and the ever-changing state operating guidelines," Dickey notes.
