The EU is preparing to respond to Britain's threat to violate its Brexit agreement by delaying a decision on allowing UK financial firms to clear euro transactions for clients in the EU, sources said. The European Commission was set to approve "time-limited" access to EU euro-clearing on Wednesday, but the matter is now postponed to the end of the month, they said.
