Jeremy Corbyn, head of the UK's opposition Labour Party, said a referendum should be held to decide whether to approve any Brexit deal negotiated by the government. If a referendum is held on a no-deal Brexit or any agreement negotiated by the Conservative Party, Labour will vote to remain in the EU, he said.
