Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers issued an executive order on his first day of office instructing the state's Department of Health Services to come up with a plan to expand Medicaid eligibility in the state. He also issued an executive order instructing state agencies to make recommendations and take steps to ensure people with pre-existing conditions can get health insurance.
