Driven by climate change and conflict, levels of world hunger increased in 2017 for the third straight year, according to the United Nations' State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World 2018 report. Researchers also found that the number of adults who are obese increased from 600 million in 2014 to 672 million in 2017.
