A federal judge denied the American Hospital Association's request to again stop the CMS from implementing its site-neutral payment rule, saying her September decision on the policy applies only in 2019 and that it's not within the jurisdiction of the court to stop the cuts in 2020. Judge Rosemary Collyer struck down the site-neutral policy in September, but the CMS continued with its plans to enact the policy next year.
