The Department of Justice said it recovered $2.6 billion in civil health care fraud settlements and judgments last year, marking the tenth year in a row that the agency collected more than $2 billion in health care fraud recoveries. The biggest recoveries came from Reckitt Benckiser and Insys Therapeutics, which paid $1.4 billion and $195 million, respectively, in settlement deals.
