Patients should share "bucket list" with physician, expert says

A study in the Journal of Palliative Medicine looked at the concept of "bucket lists" and found that 90% of 3,056 people surveyed in the US had one, and they generally occurred around six themes, such as achieving a goal or traveling. Palliative care physician and researcher V.J. Periyakoil said people should tell their physician about their bucket list so that future medical treatments can be evaluated with their wishes in mind.
