The risk for diabetes was significantly greater among adults with gastroduodenal indolent lymphoma who underwent radiotherapy, compared with those who did not undergo radiotherapy. The findings, published in the journal Cancer Research and Treatment, were based on data from 79 patients with a median follow-up of 49 months.
