Diabetes patients benefit from short, frequent exercise

A study published in the American Journal of Physiology-Heart and Circulatory Physiology suggests that people with type 2 diabetes may see more improvements in blood vessel function from shorter, more frequent bouts of exercise. The researchers noted that the frequency of exercise sessions may be more important than their duration in terms of improving blood vessel function.
