President-elect Joe Biden on Friday unveiled his plan to expand COVID-19 vaccination access in the US. The plan includes working with states to expand vaccine access to people ages 65 and older, front-line workers and other priority groups; setting up thousands of vaccination sites; and invoking the Defense Production Act to increase production of syringes, needles and other equipment needed for vaccine distribution.
