Trevor Kelliher, a man with cerebral palsy, was inspired to start the All Friends Network after struggling to build relationships in his new hometown of Sarasota, Fla., during the pandemic. The organization is in the process of recruiting partners and connecting with members, but it has launched a website and free app known as the Live-LINK App where users will be able to interact and plan outings.
