Survata reveals that 36% of consumers use Google and other search engines to find products but that Amazon still holds the lead, with 49% turning to the site for their online product searching needs, although that is down from 55% last year. Survata's Chris Kelly believes that Google's efforts in mobile, specifically in improving its mobile search experience, helped the company gain ground.
