The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has yet to issue a declaratory order allowing the EPIC Crude Pipeline to set initial rates, which may push back the planned third-quarter startup of the project. The pipeline will carry up to 900,000 barrels per day of crude from New Mexico and West Texas oilfields to the Corpus Christi, Texas, area.
