Only 15.6% of the liquefied natural gas imported by key European hubs in May came from the US in May, down from 23.6% in April and 33% at its peak in November, according to S&P Global Platts Analytics data. The outlook for US LNG is not expected to improve soon as buyers have canceled as many as 20 June cargoes and 40-50 cargoes for July.
