RS Energy Group foresees global oil demand holding steady, rather than peaking, in the next 15 years, thanks to a growing world population and surging plastics consumption. The firm's analysis expects global oil demand growth to slow from about 1.3 million barrels per day currently to 250,000 barrels per day by 2035 and remain at about that rate.
