Biofuels company S.G. Preston offered to buy the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinery that caught fire in June and modify at least part of the facility to produce renewable diesel, marine diesel and jet fuels. "We can use the existing equipment, labor and regional waste streams to show the rest of the country how to bring back our jobs and industries," S.G. Preston CEO Randy LeTang said.
