The US produced an all-time high of 12.46 million barrels per day in September, up from 12.397 million bpd in August, driven by gains in Texas, Alaska and Oklahoma, the Energy Information Administration reported. Natural gas output in the contiguous US also hit a record 104.8 billion cubic feet per day in September.
