The US Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals on Wednesday rejected a request from environmental groups to suspend a biological opinion from the US Fish and Wildlife Service that allows construction on the $5.8 billion to $6 billion Mountain Valley natural gas pipeline in endangered and threatened species' habitats. Height Capital Markets analysts believe the project will eventually be completed, although the Biden administration could delay its startup to 2022.
