Lotus Midstream is reportedly mulling reversing the flow of one of its West Texas-to-Cushing, Okla., crude oil pipelines to take advantage of higher prices in West Texas and new pipelines moving oil from the Permian Basin to the US Gulf Coast. Lotus is considering either its 110,000-barrel-per-day Centurion North Line or 60,000-barrel-per-day South Line for the reversal, insiders say.
