Shareholders of SemGroup on Thursday voted in support of Energy Transfer's bid to acquire the Oklahoma pipeline company in a deal worth $5 billion. The takeover will increase Energy Transfer's pipeline network with crude oil gathering assets as well as crude oil and natural gas liquids pipelines in Colorado's Denver-Julesburg Basin and Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma and Kansas.
