Carlyle Group is reportedly holding talks with three pipeline and terminal operators to sell its 25% interest in a proposed 1.4 million-barrel-per-day crude oil export facility near Corpus Christi, Texas, for $625 million. Carlyle is also talking with potential partners about co-operating a crude oil pipeline from Houston to Corpus Christi, a source familiar with the matter says.
