Enbridge has received permission from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to start up the Wadsworth compressor station in Medina County, Ohio, part of its $2.6 billion NEXUS natural gas pipeline between Ohio and Michigan. The pipeline, completed in September, has the capacity to transport as much as 1.5 billion cubic feet of gas from the Marcellus and Utica shales to American and Canadian markets.
