The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has concluded in a new review that the proposed Jordan Cove liquefied natural gas terminal and a 230-mile feeder pipeline would pose only minimal risk to protected species and their habitat. "NOAA's opinion on Jordan Cove will pave the way for more American jobs and vastly expanded exports of domestically sourced liquefied natural gas to prized Asian markets," Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross said.
