West Texas Intermediate oil for February delivery declined 6.4% last week, the biggest drop since mid-July, amid easing Middle East tensions and renewed concerns about a supply glut. "We are now rolling into a period with a softer fundamental oil-market balance," said DNB Bank ASA senior oil market analyst Helge Andre Martinsen.
