On Tuesday, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission permitted Cheniere Energy to start service on the fifth liquefaction train at its liquefied natural gas export facility along the Sabine Pass in Louisiana. The unit, which can produce 4.97 million tons of LNG per year, expects its first commercial delivery in August.
