Free app provides tour of indigenous history of D.C.

A free app offers a nine-mile walking tour of Washington, D.C.'s cultural and historical links to the Nacotchtanks, a tribe of Native Americans who resided in the area long before it became the US seat of government. The Guide to Indigenous D.C. app was developed by the American Indian College Fund and George Washington University and provides a four-hour tour of 17 sites in the city of Washington and nearby Virginia.
