Jaime Bazydlo, who teaches social studies at a K-8 school in Illinois, is teaching her students remotely using Zoom, a teleconferencing program. One student experienced connectivity issues and another objected to the 9 a.m. start time, but Bazydlo said the class was held without any other problems, with students raising their hands to ask questions or comment as they would in the classroom.
