Michelle Cummings, a social studies and economics teacher at a South Carolina high school, is among the first group of 36 educators in the South Carolina Financial Literacy Master Teachers program. Teachers in the program, which takes three years to complete, will be trained to teach students and other educators about topics including banking, loans and the stock market.
