Two Virginia high-school students created My Class Rewards, a website that lets students track good classroom behavior and earn rewards for their positive contributions. Seniors Julian Curtis-Zilius and Zakeri Reckmeyer won the local Congressional App Challenge with their website, which was inspired by their computer science teacher.
