A federal jury on Monday found former Baltimore police officers Daniel Hersl and Marcus Taylor guilty of charges including racketeering and robbery in connection with money stolen from local residents. Six officers who, along with Hersl and Taylor, were on the city's Gun Trace Task Force have pleaded guilty to racketeering and several testified about warrantless searches and the use of illegal tracking devices.
