Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Monday vacated a Justice Department Board of Immigration Appeals ruling that found a woman from El Salvador qualified for asylum because of domestic abuse. Sessions told immigration judges he has decided requests "pertaining to domestic violence or gang violence perpetrated by non-governmental actors will not qualify for asylum," and he called the move "a correct interpretation of the law."
