California Superior Court Judge Daniel Ottolia on Tuesday overturned a law that has given terminally ill people with six months or less to live the option of legally obtaining life-ending drugs. Ottolia found the law unconstitutional because lawmakers approved it during an unrelated special session, but he is allowing California Attorney General Xavier Becerra five days to appeal the decision.
