Ten House lawmakers on Friday sent a letter raising questions for FBI Director Christopher Wray after a report from the Justice Department inspector general said the FBI didn't look to third-party vendors or other resources before suing Apple to unlock an iPhone in connection with the 2015 shooting in San Bernardino, Calif. The FBI says it was unable to access about 7,800 locked mobile devices in 2017.
