Study: Remote medication titration may aid HF management

A study published in JAMA Cardiology suggested remote titration of guideline-directed medical therapy, supervised by a nurse practitioner and heart failure cardiologist, may help improve management of heart failure patients with reduced ejection fraction. Patient care was returned to their primary clinicians at the point they reached maximally tolerated or guideline-directed doses for each medication class.
